BIOVEGEN report. TransMisiones 2024 Call

The CDTI and the AEI will jointly launch on May 23, 2024 the TransMisiones 2024 call, with a budget of 110 million euros in subsidies and that will remain open until June 21, 2024.

This initiative will coordinate the financing of groups of research organizations and dissemination of knowledge, and groups of companies that will collaborate for the joint development of a coordinated R&D action, which responds to the challenges identified in the thematic priorities. Specifically, the aid intensity could reach the 80% in the case of the companies and 100% for the research organizations.

Furthermore, within TransMisiones 2024, thematic priority 6 stands out: “Promote genetic improvement in both plant varieties and animal and aquaculture species to make them more sustainable, efficient and resilient to climate change.”
