Possibility of collaboration between BIOVEGEN PARTNERS and Horticulture Magazine

The Post-harvest and Industries Group has developed activities since 1988, when the First Symposium was held in Murcia, and has held events uninterruptedly for more than 30 years. This Group's main objective is to study the main factors that affect the quality and safety of plant products, both at the time of harvesting and after prolonged storage in conservation chambers. Likewise, those post-harvest technologies that are in the experimental phase, but with a promising future for their application in the food industry, are addressed. During the 3 days of the Congress, the Organizing Committee has prepared a very attractive scientific program with five thematic blocks with an eye toward the transfer of research results to companies in the sector. At the same time, a cultural and gastronomic program has been prepared where we will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and enjoy Aragonese gastronomy.

Within the framework of the Congress, a collaboration with Horticulture Magazine, which is widely distributed in print, but especially online in Spain and throughout Latin America, with more than 200,000 unique visitors in a single month.
