BIOVEGEN attends ALIBETOPÍAS, the event dedicated to innovation in the food and beverage industry

On the 26th, BIOVEGEN attended the latest edition of ALIBETOPIAS which took place at the “Espacio Rastro Madrid” (Calle de San Cayetano 5 -28005- Madrid) and was dedicated to the “Technology in the Food and Beverage Industry: Digital and Sustainable”.

The day was divided into three blocks: a first block dedicated to the presentation of startups technologies and the awards ceremony Startup Ingenia 2021, in which the winners were Ingredalia, Vottun and Lumensia Sensors. The first block ended with the presentation of “3D Food Printing” by Patxi Larumbe, Director of COCUUS SYSTEMS, startup winner of the Second Edition of the Awards Startup Ingenia 2020. The second block of ALIBETOPÍAS was aimed at new business models and applications based on digitalization, and included the intervention of ANFACO, Chemometric Brain, EY, ITACYL, GM&Co and Andalucía Emprende. Finally, there was a third block that revolved around sustainability and in which CTAEX, Be Food Lab, Vicky Foods, CLEANITY and COVAP participated. The day concluded with the awards ceremony. Ecotrophelia Spain, dedicated to students with innovative projects, followed by a space dedicated to cocktails and networking.
