BIOVEGEN Conference «TECHNOLOGY ATTRACTION: Science, Business and Technological Revolution»

Following the successful celebration of other BIOVEGEN events within the framework of the FRUIT ATTRACTION fair, BIOVEGEN has organized the “TECHNOLOGY ATTRACTION: Science, Business and Technological Revolution” Conference, which aims to highlight the importance of technology in increasing the competitiveness of the Spanish agricultural sector.

The event will be held on October 19, 2017 as the official event of the 9th International Fruit and Vegetable Sector Fair FRUIT ATTRACTION 2017, a business fair that brings together a large part of the production, marketing and auxiliary industry sectors in the field of agricultural production. The fair, which showcases technological innovations related to the sector, will feature the presence of:

  • + 1.500 exhibiting companies
  • + 60.000 visitors
  • + 100 countries represented
  • 45,000 m2 of exhibition area


The objective of this Conference is to bring together leading representatives of Spanish Science, Business and Administration to convey the technological revolution that is taking place in Plant Biology, thus highlighting the crucial tool for competitive improvement that these advances provide to the plant production sector, and what is the national and international context.
