1st Webinar GO PISTABIOTECH: network for biotechnological valorization of pistachio by-products

GO PISTABIOTECH is an initiative that emerged in response to the growing demand from the pistachio production sector in Spain, seeking to recover the byproducts generated during cultivation and processing, especially the fleshy pod and shell. This innovative project, which will be presented at the next call for Operational Groups of the Community of Madrid, proposes the fractionation of this agricultural waste through a combination of conventional pretreatments and advanced technologies, in order to isolate and characterize its main components.
In this context, the next May 22, 2025, will be held on I Webinar GO PISTABIOTECH: network for biotechnological valorization of pistachio by-products, which will be dedicated to the presentation of the project and its members.
