- DESCRIPTION: CITA is a public research organization belonging to the Department of Innovation, Research and University of the Government of Aragon. Its activity is aimed at satisfying social demands and needs in relation to the methods of use, production, conservation, transformation and distribution of agri-food products.
- PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS:
- The promotion of scientific research in agri-food matters and its technological development.
- The integration of this contribution to the progress of science in the system of collaboration and cooperation relationships typical of research activity.
- The promotion of technological transfer, innovation and training in the Aragonese agri-food sector, as well as the promotion of activities related to it.
