  • Pathogen detection.

Bioinformatics:

  • Bioinformatic analysis of plant genomes.
  • Analysis of metagenomic data and microbial populations (diversity, abundance, etc.)

Phytopathology:

  • Phytopathological diagnosis: Diversity of molecular platforms (NGS, qPCR, ELISA).

Tailor-made scientific advice and preparation of customized reports.
