- DESCRIPTION: The “CAJAMAR Foundation” (hereinafter, the Foundation) is a private, non-profit organization of Spanish nationality, of a foundational nature. The Foundation has the following purposes of general interest:

- The social inclusion of people at risk of exclusion for physical, social or cultural reasons.

- Agrosustainability: soil-plant interaction, nutritional needs of crops, new fertilizers and development of sensors and probes.
- Food and Health: technology and nutritional knowledge and definition of mixtures of fresh or processed foods with preventive potential for various health problems.
- Bioeconomy: use of microorganisms to obtain valuable products and the use of agricultural waste, animal feed and effluent management.
- Greenhouse technology: development of new systems and methods to increase the productivity and quality of farms with minimal environmental impact.
