BIOVEGEN report. Horizon Europe Framework Program 2021-2027

Horizon Europe is the future European Union Research and Innovation Framework Program for the period 2021-2027. Given the extension and complexity of this multi-year program, at BIOVEGEN we have prepared a report to inform about this ninth Framework Program: BIOVEGEN Horizon Europe 2021-2027 Report. This collects information regarding the structure, budget, financing mechanisms, rules of participation, etc. of the Program in order to contribute to increasing financing for research and innovation activities in the Spanish agricultural sector.

Horizon Europe has the largest budget so far, being 100 billion euros, in addition to the funds of Next Generation EU and the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027. With respect to the previous Programme, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe has news that allow better structuring and simplification of the program. It is structured in three pillars that allow dividing the themes of EU action.
