BIOVEGEN Report. First Joint Transnational FutureFoodS Call

FutureFoodS is a partnership, co-financed by the European Union, which brings together 86 partners from 29 countries, including national and regional authorities, funding agencies, universities, research institutes, foundations and competitiveness clusters.

Its main objective is to collectively achieve the transition towards healthy, safe, environmentally friendly, socially secure, fair and economically viable food systems for Europe.

FutureFoodS plans to launch up to six calls for transnational research and innovation projects focused on post-harvest food during its ten-year term. In this context, The first call for applications opened on November 6th. financing of R&D&I projects of this European partnership.

  • Launch of the call for proposals: November 6, 2024
  • Deadline for submission of proposals:
    • Pre-proposals: January 15, 2025
    • Full proposals: July 9, 2025
