BIOVEGEN Report. NEOTEC 2025 Program Call

On May 7, 2025, the Presidency of the Center for Technological Development and Innovation EPE (CDTI) approved the 2025 Call for the NEOTEC program, with a maximum total amount of €20 million allocated to innovative technology-based companies. Besides, Within the available budget, a minimum amount of €5 million will be reserved for companies led by women..

The objective of this call for proposals is to promote technology and innovation as competitive factors for business development. The call will fund new business projects from small companies that require the use of technologies or knowledge developed through research and whose business strategy is based on the development of proprietary technology. 

• Helps: grants of up to 70% of the project budget / 85% if the proposal includes the hiring of doctors.
• Minimum financeable budget: 175,000 euros.
• Maximum grant: 250,000 euros per beneficiary / €325,000 if the proposal includes the hiring of doctors.
• Deadlines: begins on May 12, 2025 and ends on June 12, 2025.
