BIOVEGEN Report. Preview of the Second Call for Agroecology

He The AGROECOLOGY partnership, funded by Horizon Europe, brings together the European Commission and 72 partners from 26 Member States, associated countries and third countries to support an agricultural sector capable of meeting the objectives and challenges of climate change, biodiversity loss, food security and sovereignty, and environmental protection, while ensuring a profitable and attractive activity for farmers.

This partnership aims to structure and support a network of living laboratories and research infrastructures that accelerate the transition towards agroecology throughout Europe. In this context, The second call will open next December of this partnership, which will focus on the implementation of agroecology from different perspectives.

Given the interest that this call has for the agrobiotechnology sector, at BIOVEGEN we have prepared the following report, which compiles the main advances announced for this second call.
