BIOVEGEN participates in the IFIB 2020 Brokerage Conference and Event

BIOVEGEN participated last week in the IFIB 2020 International Brokerage Conference and Event. The association event Enterprise Europe Network organized by Innovhub SSI and Lazio Innova, which lasted two days, was dedicated to find potential partners for collaborations, business development, licensing agreements, joint ventures, research projects, exchange of experiences and partnership opportunities.

During FIB2020, pre-arranged bilateral meetings were held between representatives of startups, companies, universities and public and private research centers in the field of industrial biotechnology and bioeconomy. The main topics of interest were:

• Bioeconomy and circular economy.
• Bio-based industries.
• Agri-food.
• Marine biotechnology.
• White biotechnology.

In this context, BIOVEGEN held several bilateral meetings with representatives of different European entities which were aimed at generating synergies and encouraging the participation of Spanish entities in new R&D projects.
