A new entity has joined BIOVEGEN as a partner. Arcano Partners is an independent firm with more than 19 years of experience in international financial advice and asset management. The company's strategy is focused on maximizing the creation of value for our clients, while seeking to increase the positive impact on society and the development of a more sustainable world.

The company has three business areas:

Asset Management alternatives for institutions and private banks, with more than €7.6 billion managed and advised since the beginning of our activity in 2006, providing its investors with access to the alternatives market in six asset classes: Private Equity, Credit Strategies, Real Estate, Infrastructures Sustainable, Venture Capital.

In this context, the department of Asset & Capital Finance: Pioneers in the development of “tax equity” investment in Spain and investment with limited risks and totally uncorrelated with financial markets. They have 3 aspects: Arcano IMASDE (investment in intangible assets R+D+i), Investment in Transportation Assets and Financing of Audiovisual Content and Performing Arts.

Investment Banking for companies in various sectors, providing advice on M&A operations, refinancing, restructuring and capital markets to companies in various sectors. Additionally, it provides a transversal digital approach.

Arcano Economics: Economic, real estate and market analysis unit of Arcano Partners, which stands out for its ability to anticipate trends, its independence and a history of successes proven against the consensus. It has two types of service: Arcano Economic Research and Arcano Economic Consulting.
