INVEGEN participates in the preparation of the legal framework of the PLANT KBBE Call for Projects

INVEGEN is participating, at the request of the MICINN, in the development of a unified Consortium Agreement model within the PLANT KBBE call for Plant Biotechnology projects. This legal model, prepared in collaboration with representatives of GABI and Genoplante (the German and French plant genomics platforms, respectively) will be useful for the participants of the different funded projects.

Likewise, the participation and contacts acquired by INVEGEN within this context of collaboration in matters of Intellectual Property, represents an interesting experience in order to make its advice and help available to the members of INVEGEN on issues related to the protection of Property. Intellectual.

On the other hand, INVEGEN also participates, within this Call for PLANT KBBE Projects, as a representative of the industrial interests of the Spanish private sector.
