BIOVEGEN participates in the transnational meeting of the BET project

BIOVEGEN participated on March 28 in the transnational meeting of the BET Project, which took place at the Institute of Agrarian Sciences (ICA-CSIC) in Madrid. The BET (Biocontrol e-Training) project, of which BIOVEGEN is an Associated partner, aims to create a new distance learning tool on biocontrol aimed at a diverse group of trainers (training organizations, universities, technical institutes, etc.) in different European countries. The project is also aimed at trainees (students, farmers, professionals, etc.) so that they have a better idea of what biocontrol is.

The meeting served to bring together the entities participating in the project, whose main members are the CSIC, the Università degli Studi di Cagliari, the French Training School LENO and the French SME AKINAO. BIOVEGEN participated as an Associated partner with the presentation “BIOVEGEN – R&D network for plant Biotechnology” in which the role of the platform as a catalyst for public-private collaboration in the agri-food sector was presented.
