BIOVEGEN participates in the Green Innovation Forum

BIOVEGEN participated on November 17 in panel 6: Innovation in agriculture for a sustainable future of the Green Innovation Forum in Mérida. The objective of this session was to present the new advances that biotechnology brings; such as new genomic editing techniques or bioproducts that improve crop performance, and how these tools represent a before and after in the agriculture sector, allowing us to face the fight against climate change and helping to achieve sustainable nutrition. The event also made it possible to learn about the application of new information technologies (ICT) to agriculture, which is also having a relevant impact on crop productivity and reducing environmental impact.
