The reference Congress in Plant Biology will have this year a Science-Business Session (Wednesday June 22, 5:45 p.m.-6:45 p.m.), organized by BIOVEGEN and which will bring together researchers and companies to enhance Science-Business collaboration.
The Plant Molecular Biology Meeting (RBMP) is the leading scientific congress in our country in the area of Plant Biology. This event, held every two years, brings together the best scientists of the country in the field of plant biology, which discuss the latest scientific-technological advances produced. Research in this field allows us to understand the functioning of the biological processes of interest in food production, and how crops respond to environmental difficulties, pests, nutritional deficiencies, etc. to be able to provide short-term responses to the future needs that modern agriculture will pose in the coming years.
Thus, the event will have 7 Scientific Sessions where the latest research results in Plant Biology will be presented: Metabolism and biotechnological applications, Molecular mechanisms of development, Environment, development and phenotypic plasticity, Signaling pathways, Abiotic stress, Biotic stress and plant-microorganism interaction and Emerging topics and techniques.
In addition, the Meeting will have a Special Business Session, organized by BIOVEGEN-Plant Biotechnology Technology Platform, which will bring together companies from the agri-food sector.
