Annual Conference of the Inter-Platform Group on Circular Economy GIEC 2024 Challenges and opportunities for public-private collaboration

The drive towards a circular economy and improved sustainability requires a joint effort between public institutions and the private sector. With the aim of promoting collaboration in R&D&I in this area, the Inter-Platform Group for Circular Economy, in coordination with the State Research Agency, has organized a day dedicated to explore opportunities for innovation, financing and collaboration.

The conference is aimed at providing key information on public-private funding calls within the framework of the State Research Agency (AEI), the Center for Technological Development and Innovation (CDTI), and the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO). In addition, Success stories and project ideas for finding partners, which will serve as inspiration for those interested in joining pioneering initiatives in the field of the circular economy.

The event is aimed at agents from strategic industrial sectors in Spain, within the Inter-platforms group, who seek to accelerate the transition towards a circular economy, with more sustainable and resource-efficient production and consumption models.
