II GO SIMBIOLIVA WEBINAR: New bio-technological solutions for a circular economy of olive pomace

June 9, 2026

He Operational Group SIMBIOLIVA: new bio-technological solutions for a circular economy of alperujo arises in the context of the call Supraautonomous Operational Groups of the European Partnership for Agricultural Productivity and Sustainability Innovation (AEI-AGRI) for the year 2023.

The GO SIMBIOLIVA aims to promote the development of bio-technological solutions to promote a circular economy of the olive grove associated with the alperujo that allows the protection of the soil from degradation and increasing crop resilienceSIMBIOLIVA proposes a strategy that combines physical-chemical processes and treatments with specific microorganisms to degrade the polyphenols in olive oil, thus allowing the development of a natural solution that benefits the olive and agricultural sectors.

In this context, the next June 9, 2026 will be celebrated on II Webinar GO SIMBIOLIVA: new bio-technological solutions for a circular economy of olive pomace, which will be dedicated to presenting the progress and developments of this project during its first year.
