I WEBINAR GO SIMBIOLIVA: new bio-technological solutions for a circular economy of alperujo

October 30, 2024

He Ggroup EITHERoperational SIMBIOLIVA: new bio-technological solutions for a circular economy of alperujo arises in the context of the call Supraautonomous Operational Groups of the European Partnership for Agricultural Productivity and Sustainability Innovation (AEI-AGRI) for the year 2023.

The GO SIMBIOLIVA aims to promote the development of bio-technological solutions to promote a circular economy of the olive grove associated with the alperujo that allows the protection of the soil from degradation and increasing crop resilienceSIMBIOLIVA proposes a strategy that combines physical-chemical processes and treatments with specific microorganisms to degrade the polyphenols in olive oil, thus allowing the development of a natural solution that benefits the olive and agricultural sectors.

In this context, the next October 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. will be celebrated on Yo GO SIMBIOLIVA Webinar: new bio-technological solutions for a circular economy of alperujo, which will be dedicated to the presentation of the project and its members.
