The next June 15th will be celebrated BIOVEGEN session Science-Business “Collaboration opportunities with companies”, organized by BIOVEGEN within the framework of the FV 2015 Congress (Toledo).

At the FV2015 Congress, the XXI Meeting of the Spanish Society of Plant Physiology and the XIV Spanish-Portuguese Congress of Plant Physiology. The Conference will take place between June 14 and 17, 2015, in the city of Toledo. The FV2015 Program includes basic research in Plant Physiology that is currently being developed in universities and research centers, and also its practical applications in fields such as:

  • Environment
  • Agriculture and forestry
  • Biotechnology

The congress will bring together companies, entities, associations of the sector and More than 300 scientists who research functional plant biology and work on its applications in agriculture, biotechnology and the environment, to create a forum for interaction and exchange of opinions and experiences

Objectives of the BIOVEGEN session:

  • Show cases of companies in the agricultural and forestry sector interested in collaborating with the scientific community to develop R&D&I activities
  • Promote interaction between companies and attending scientists, facilitating the detection of possibilities for Science-Business collaboration (joint technological interests)
  • Promote public-private collaboration in the agricultural and forestry field
