He BIOTECH ATTRACTION Congress “Sowing knowledge, harvesting innovation” will take place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 in the FRUIT FORUM Auditorium (connecting core between pavilions 1-3 of IFEMA-Madrid), within the framework of FRUIT ATTRACTION 2025, a leading international plant production fair that this year will feature 2,500 exhibitors and 120,000 professional visitors.
The Congress, Organized by BIOVEGEN and FRUIT ATTRACTION, will show the potential of plant biotechnology as a fundamental tool for the competitiveness of the agri-food sector, with a special focus on precision genetic improvement, new genomic techniques (NGTs), and the importance of public-private consortia as drivers of agri-food innovation.
