FRUIT ATTRACTION 2021

BIOVEGEN launches the “BIOTECH ATTRACTION: the plant innovation hub” area at Fruit Attraction 2021. October 5-7. Madrid

BIOVEGEN had an important presence during the FRUIT ATTRACTION 2021 Fair, which was held at IFEMA in Madrid from October 5 to 7, 2021 in pavilions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. International Fair of the Fruit and Vegetable Sector “Fruit Attraction” It is an international reference event that brings together a large part of the producing, marketing and auxiliary industry in the field of horticultural and fruit production. The meeting, in which technological developments and innovations related to the sector are shown, included in this edition the participation of more than 1,300 companies of the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable sector from 44 countries and which occupied a net exhibition area of 42,000 square meters.

Thus, BIOVEGEN was present carrying out the following actions: 

Zona BIOTECH ATTRACTION: the hub plant innovation

BIOVEGEN premiered in this edition of the fair the area BIOTECH ATTRACTION: the hub plant innovation, a space dedicated to bringing together and promoting technological innovation and business development opportunities based on innovation. The area was aimed at all those entities involved in the development of activities related to agrobiotechnological innovation. (companies, associations/foundations, research centers, technology centers, universities, etc.) and interested in searching for clients, public and private financing, suppliers and technological collaborators. This area was in turn made up of different areas, all of them located in pavilion 5 of IFEMA-Madrid:

• STANDS: in which 14 entities participated that chose this location for the location of their stand.
• PRESENTATIONS FORUM: in which 20 presentations of companies and projects were held.
• MEETING SPACE: available to participants in the BIOTECH ATTRACTION zone.

The BIOTECH ATTRACTION zone was composed of 14 stands of entities related to the R&D and plant production ecosystem:

One of these stands was BIOVEGEN. As in previous years, the Platform had a stand (Hall 5, stand 5F08) in which all entities and interested in learning about the Platform were attended to. As a special service to partners, BIOVEGEN offered the possibility of using the stand in the following ways:
