BIOVEGEN consolidates the “BIOTECH ATTRACTION: the plant innovation hub” area

BIOVEGEN had an important presence during the Fruit Attraction 2023 Fair, which took place in pavilions 3-10 of IFEMA Madrid on October 3, 4 and 5. The International Fair of the Fruit and Vegetable Sector “Fruit Attraction” It is an international reference event that brings together a large part of the producing, marketing and auxiliary industry in the field of horticultural and fruit production. This edition's meeting, in which new developments in the sector are shown, broke attendance records with:

BIOVEGEN organized the area within this framework «BIOTECH ATTRACTION: the plant innovation hub«, the space that enhances and brings together agrobiotechnological innovation. 

The area was aimed at all those entities involved in the development of activities related to agrobiotechnological innovation and interested in finding clients, public and private financing, suppliers and technological collaborators.

This area was in turn made up of different areas located in pavilion 5 of IFEMA-Madrid:

• Stands: in which 17 entities participated that chose this location for the location of their stand.
• Presentation and networking forum: in which 23 company and project presentations were held and was available to participants in the BIOTECH ATTRACTION area where they could hold b2b meetings.

As in previous years, the Platform had a stand (Hall 5, stand 5C16) in which all entities and interested in learning about the Platform were attended to. As a special service for members, they were able to use the stand in the following ways:

Presentation forum and networking

In this edition of the Biotech Forum, 23 presentations of companies and projects of interest to the agri-food sector. In addition, this space facilitated the meeting of key actors in the R&D&I ecosystem to hold b2b meetings.
