- Bioinformatics SaaS: cloud software designed for users without prior experience in bioinformatics. They allow NGS data analysis to be carried out in real time, with clear and simple results, they are additional costs of computer infrastructure.

- DATA OF INTEREST: Sequentia has been founded by two scientists who are experts in plant biotechnology: Walter Sanseverino (Postdoc in Bioinformatics, PhD in Genomics) and Riccardo Aiese Cigliano (Postdoc in Epigenomics, PhD in Biotechnology). Some of the projects we have carried out in plant biotechnology include customized platforms for browsing genomic and transcriptomic data used by breeders; solutions for the development of microbial biostimulants that integrate genomics, metagenomics and transcriptomics used by R&D teams of key companies in the sector; and genomic platforms for the search for resistance and quality genes.
