BIOVEGEN meets with the General Subdirectorate of Public-Private Collaboration Strategies (MICINN)

On March 29, BIOVEGEN held a meeting at the headquarters of the Ministry of Science and Innovation (MICINN) with Mª Luisa Castaño, Deputy Director General of Public-Private Collaboration Strategies of the MICINN and the team responsible for the Biotechnology and Health area of said Subdirectorate. In it, the Platform informed the MICINN of the latest activities carried out throughout 2011 and presented an outline of the Action Plan that has been designed for the coming years, in order to consolidate the activities of the Platform. For its part, the MICINN suggested lines of action to the Platform for the coming months, focusing on the search for collaborations with other related Technology Platforms, such as Biomass, Biotechnology Markets and Sustainable Agriculture. Likewise, the latest information regarding upcoming financing tools was monitored, especially the INNPACTO and INNFLUYE 2011 calls.
