1st Webinar GO PISTABIOTECH: network for biotechnological valorization of pistachio by-products

GO PISTABIOTECH is an initiative that arose in response to the growing demand from the pistachio production sector in Spain, with the aim of adding value to the byproducts generated during cultivation and processing, especially the fleshy pod and shell. This project pursues the biotechnological utilization of byproducts generated in pistachio processing, including the water used in shelling, within a circular economy framework.

In this context, the next June 25, 2026, will be held on I Webinar GO PISTABIOTECH: biotechnological valorization network for pistachio by-products, which will be dedicated to the presentation of the project and its members.
