XVII Plant Molecular Biology Meeting

The XVII Meeting of Plant Molecular Biology It is a biennial scientific conference that It will be held this year on July 3, 4 and 5 in Castellón de la Plana. The event brings together more than 350 high-level plant researchers with the aim of exchanging knowledge, presenting new developments at a conceptual and methodological level, expanding visibility and promoting collective scientific enrichment and the establishment of new collaborations.

The objective of the research in plant molecular biology is to meet the growing demands of agriculture and the challenges that climate change is posing to food production. Therefore, this meeting will focus on fundamental and applied research considering the needs of agriculture and presenting new advances in plant biotechnology. To achieve these objectives, The meeting has the support of the biotechnology platform BIOVEGEN.

BIOVEGEN continues working to enhance the development of R&D activities through Science-Business collaboration. For this reason, the congress will have a Science-Business Session, organized by BIOVEGEN on Thursday, July 4 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m..
