BIOVEGEN report. PERTE for Digitalization of Water – Irrigation Call

The PERTE for digitalization of the water cycle promotes the use of new information technologies in the integral water cycle. Within this PERTE, they will be allocated 200 million euros for digitalization in irrigation. Among other measures, these aid will be aimed at increasing the implementation of meters at water intakes and on plots, improving soil humidity and conductivity control systems, increasing the measurement of fertilizer contributions or automating irrigation systems. .

On March 13, an explanatory webinar on the irrigation call was held in which the general characteristics of the call were explained, for which an imminent publication of bases open to public consultation is planned.

• Budget per project: subsidies between 100,000 euros – 2.5 million euros.
• 7 digital solutions.
• Call not yet published, scheduled for June 2023.
