BIOVEGEN participates in Biostimulants Europe 2022

On December 1, 2022, BIOVEGEN participated in Biostimulants Europe 2022 with the presentation «Boosting Innovation in Plant Production and Biostimulants». The event brought together experts from the entire value chain; producers of biostimulants and plant nutrient products, farmers and agricultural suppliers, technology providers, research institutes and government representatives… during two days of informative presentations, interactive discussions and networking opportunities. Furthermore, BIOVEGEN took advantage of this participation to present the MICROCLIMATT Operational Group, a project that aims to test the effectiveness of microalgae biostimulants and in which the Platform participates.

The MicroClimatt Operating Group, with a budget of 557,816.49 euros, is co-financed by the European Union to 80% from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and 20% under the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, with the managing authority in charge of applying the aid being the General Directorate of Rural Development, Innovation and Agri-Food Training (DGDRIFA).
