During the meeting, they talked about plant improvement projects, the registration procedure for new plant varieties and the tax benefits for the R&amp;D expenses that these can generate. The event was attended by Mar\u00eda del Carmen D\u00edez, a specialist in the registration of plant varieties, who began the presentation by explaining the procedures and requirements for the <strong>registration of new plant varieties<\/strong>, and the rights generated by the <strong>Plant Variety Title<\/strong>. Next, Pedro Valero, partner of Vector Horizonte and head of Business Development in the area of Tax Incentives for R&amp;D&amp;I, presented different\u00a0<strong>tax deductions for R&amp;D&amp;i in varietal improvement projects<\/strong>. The event ended with the intervention of Manuel Orea, Tax Inspector and member of the General Subdirectorate of Organization and Legal Assistance of the Tax Agency.
