The <strong>University of Alicante<\/strong> was founded in 1979. It is a public, dynamic and innovative institution, with international projection and a reference campus. It currently hosts more than 30,000 students. With more than 240 research groups and 18 research institutes, the UA is considered a point of reference for many companies to which it provides R&amp;D&amp;I services. The research developed by the UA scientific community takes shape annually in the development of more than 600 research projects, more than 60 doctorates and nearly 600 scientific articles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He <strong>Research Results Transfer Service \u2013 OTRI<\/strong> (STRI) is responsible for all liaison activities with the business community and aims to increase cooperation between the university and companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This service, through <strong>Business Relations Area<\/strong>, makes available to companies and entrepreneurs a \u201cbusiness information window\u201d on research activities, projects and technologies applicable to the business fabric.
