BIOVEGEN co-organized the I Meeting of the PISTACIA Operational Group: Sustainable production of quality pistachio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting was held at the \u201cEl Chaparrillo\u201d Agro-Environmental Research Center, belonging to the Regional Institute for Agri-Food and Forestry Research and Development of Castilla-La Mancha (IRIAF) in Ciudad Real.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Operational Group, which has been selected in phase I of the Call for Supra-autonomous Operational Groups, is aimed at promoting the cultivation of pistachio in Spain as a highly profitable, competitive and sustainable alternative through the transfer of knowledge and technology directly to the farmer and technician.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Representatives of the entities involved in phase I of the Operational Group attended the meeting to begin the development of the activities proposed by the project. In this context, BIOVEGEN acts as an innovation agent and will be in charge of carrying out the dissemination plan of the results obtained by the Operational Group in Phase II of the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
