Torres Quevedo Grants 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday the deadline for submitting applications for the <strong>Call for &quot;Grants for Torres Quevedo Contracts 2024&quot;<\/strong>. This Call aims to promote the implementation of industrial research projects, experimental development or feasibility studies for which the <strong>Hiring people with a doctorate degree, in order to promote the professional career of research staff, as well as stimulate demand in the private sector<\/strong> of sufficiently prepared personnel to undertake R&amp;D plans and projects, and to help consolidate recently created technology companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key aspects of the call:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Total budget of \u20ac20.1M<\/strong>\u00a0(expandable up to an additional \u20ac6M) for the granting of subsidies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fundable annual limit per candidate:\u00a0<\/strong>56.000\u20ac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Duration of aid:\u00a0 <\/strong>3 years from the date of the granting resolution or the hiring of the doctor, if the latter is later<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Application deadline: 28 January 2025, at 2:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>From BIOVEGEN, we consider this call a<strong> Great opportunity for the private sector in agrobiotechnology<\/strong>.
