The high added value products obtained have application in different industrial sectors, among which stand out:&nbsp;<strong>packaging, cosmetics, detergents, agriculture, nutra and food<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, they define and develop biotechnological processes to obtain high added value products using biotechnologies that are as sustainable as possible and technically and economically viable.
