The high added value products obtained have application in different industrial sectors, among which stand out:\u00a0<strong>packaging, cosmetics, detergents, agriculture, nutra and food<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, they define and develop biotechnological processes to obtain products with high added value using biotechnologies that are as sustainable as possible and technically-economically viable.
