Origin and current potential. \u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On July 18, 2024, the Cajamar Foundation facilities in Paiporta (Valencia) held the <strong>GO FITONET Conference: \u00abTraditional varieties of tomato and melon: Origin and current potential.\u00bb<\/strong> During the event, researchers from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology of Plants (IBMCP-UPV-CSIC) presented the origin and development of traditional varieties of melon and tomato of high organoleptic quality, with the aim of promote its cultivation and consumption.
