The technical program is made up of a <strong>twenty expert speakers <\/strong>confirmed, headed by <strong>Lourdes Arce<\/strong>, vice-rector of Innovation and Transfer of the UCO. The complete program will show the capabilities of the C\u00f3rdoba Biotech bioincubator; Business initiatives in health, agri-food and environmental biotechnology will be analyzed and tools will be detailed to materialize science-business collaborations. Both the <strong>public financing (at national and regional level) and private, <\/strong>with investment funds specialized in biotechnology, will have a place in the event, as well as the management, project coordination and legal aspects of R&amp;D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The block dedicated to <strong>medical biotechnology <\/strong>It will be the first of the four that will take place throughout the day and will present success stories from consolidated companies and knowledge-intensive startups. Will participate <strong>Rosario Fernandez <\/strong>(Head of the Area, Department of Screening and Target Validation) of the Medina Foundation; <strong>Carlos Ferreiro <\/strong>(CEO of Phytoplant Research); <strong>Enrique Nice <\/strong>(CEO of NAPLATEC), as well as <strong>Xavier Nadal <\/strong>(director of Ethnophytotech).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>After the coffee networking<\/strong>, it will be the turn of the block <strong>agri-food biotechnology, <\/strong>which will follow the same scheme: consolidated companies and biotechnology demanders along with technology developing companies. Thus, the block will have the participation of <strong>Eva Sanchez <\/strong>(managing director of Innoplant); <strong>Pablo Castan <\/strong>(CEO of Mirnax Biosens); <strong>Jose Antonio Risquez <\/strong>(COVAP quality director), <strong>Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Font\u00e1n <\/strong>(Development Director of Eurosemillas) and <strong>Vanessa Martinez <\/strong>(CEO of Grupo CARINSA), to finish this block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The afternoon session will continue with the block dedicated to <strong>environmental biotechnology<\/strong>.
