{"id":11887,"date":"2021-11-03T18:07:14","date_gmt":"2021-11-03T18:07:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biovegen.org\/?p=11887"},"modified":"2021-11-03T18:07:15","modified_gmt":"2021-11-03T18:07:15","slug":"biovegen-asiste-a-alibetopias-el-evento-dedicado-a-la-innovacion-de-la-industria-de-la-alimentacion-y-bebidas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biovegen.org\/en\/noticias\/biovegen-asiste-a-alibetopias-el-evento-dedicado-a-la-innovacion-de-la-industria-de-la-alimentacion-y-bebidas\/","title":{"rendered":"BIOVEGEN attends ALIBETOP\u00cdAS, the event dedicated to innovation in the food and beverage industry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the 26th, BIOVEGEN attended the latest edition of\u00a0<strong>ALIBETOPIAS\u00a0<\/strong>which took place at the \u201cEspacio Rastro Madrid\u201d (Calle de San Cayetano 5 -28005- Madrid) and was dedicated to the <strong>\u201cTechnology in the Food and Beverage Industry: Digital and Sustainable\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day was divided into three blocks: a first block dedicated to the presentation of <em>startups<\/em> technologies and the awards ceremony <em>Startup Ingenia<\/em> 2021, in which the winners were Ingredalia, Vottun and Lumensia Sensors. The first block ended with the presentation of \u201c3D Food Printing\u201d by Patxi Larumbe, Director of COCUUS SYSTEMS, <em>startup <\/em>winner of the Second Edition of the Awards <em>Startup Ingenia <\/em>2020. The second block of ALIBETOP\u00cdAS was aimed at new business models and applications based on digitalization, and included the intervention of ANFACO, Chemometric Brain, EY, ITACYL, GM&amp;Co and Andaluc\u00eda Emprende. Finally, there was a third block that revolved around sustainability and in which CTAEX, Be Food Lab, Vicky Foods, CLEANITY and COVAP participated.
