The meeting brought together 5,417 in-person visitors from 22 countries, to which another 4,911 users connected via <em>streaming <\/em>from 29 countries. This first edition of the congress has had the presence of 349 international speakers in 56 conferences that have addressed the main challenges of the food sector and all its segments: meat, canning, fishing, dairy, oil, cereals, and beverage industries.
