The National Congress on Plant Genetic Improvement will be the main meeting point for researchers, teachers, technicians and companies linked to field of plant improvement.<\/strong> The event will be held in Malaga from September 28 to October 1, 2026<\/strong>, organized by the Spanish Society of Horticultural Sciences (SECH) and the Spanish Society of Genetics (SEG), together with the Institute of Subtropical and Mediterranean Horticulture \u201cLa Mayora\u201d (IHSM-UMA-CSIC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He aim <\/strong>The aim of this congress is to address the latest advances in genetics, biotechnology, and plant breeding, fostering the exchange of knowledge and collaboration among professionals from different fields. In this context, BIOVEGEN will organize on September 30th, at 5:30 pm, <\/strong>A session to promote science-business collaboration, where success stories will be presented and new developments in crop genetics, NGTS, precision genetic improvement, etc. will be discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
