The aim of GO MICROCLIMATT is to prove the efficacy of microalgae biostimulants through demonstrative test (phenotypic, physiological and transcriptomic), against the effects of climate change on wheat and tomato. This objective will be achieved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Proving the increase of carbon fixation in soils and plant biomass of crops treated with biostimulant solutions, related to the increased crop productivity, and the verification of improved soil quality.<\/li><li>Analyzing the mechanisms that induce an improvement in the resistance of the treated crops in situations of hydric stress (less availability of water), due to the use of biostimulant solutions.<\/li><li>Determining the validity of proposed solutions in order to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers which degrade, erode and contaminate soils and aquifers.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In this context, the I MICROCLIMATT webinar: microalgae for a productive and sustainable agriculture will take place on March 31th, 2022.
